BARQUE is Chattanooga's newest barbecue restaurant featuring quality ingredients plus a menu that has something for everyone.
Everyone will feel welcome here, and we have the menu to prove it—locally sourced ingredients, diverse barbecue styles (everything from Texas to Kansas City), vegetarian and vegan options, and specials that change weekly. (You can even bring your picky friends—they will find something great to eat.)
BARQUE offers dine-in (with an outdoor patio!), online ordering and takeout, office lunches for the crews at work, and catering for all of your special events. Barque is also about community, so check our social media posts and calendar for events, including live music, all that pair well with BBQ.
Marcus Willis
The General Manager, Marcus Willis, hails from Austin, TX but has called Chattanooga home for many years now. Marcus previously served on teams at Food Works, Deep Bistro as the Executive Chef, Table 2, and Parkway Pourhouse as the Original Chef. He is a professionally trained Chef and has extensive experience in the world of barbecue — we're excited to have him on the team.
BARQUE — /bärk/ — refers to the smoked outside layer on a brisket. The name also, naturally, makes you think of barbecue — bar-b-que.
